Impressive Customer Service

I am amazed with TMnet’s improvement, in terms of the service desk.

Of course, the slowness and instable connectivity is out of discussion here. The problem is rely on the infrastructure not the helpdesk.

What I keen to express my gratitude here is, the help desk are really friendly and follow things up.

After I logged the call, they have constantly give me calls to get updates on how the situation been.

Of course, I have to keep on repeating that the service was still in bad shape because the technician slow in doing things and when they work on the problem they don’t know what to do correctly.

1. They switch my port from 1 Mbps to 512 Kbps. I have to call back to get the thing re-done.

2. Don’t know what was the reason, after they technician done some ‘repair’, the phone in high noise level and of course, not usable.

I had to liaise with technician many rounds to get the things done right. Now the Internet back to normal, meaning in “OK lah” status.

The helpdesk is the one that make me feel they are really serious about satisfying customers. They call with friendly tone and sincerely concern about the situation. Seems everyone of them are well trained because they are uniformly patient and talk in nice way. I think I will feel bad if I lost my temper to them.

So, comment to TMnet is, you have go the A class helpdesk/customer service team. What need to be improved is the engineering and technical support fellows. Make them skillful enough to do what they suppose to do. Most important thing, get rid of the ‘tidak apa’ attitude.

We are not Enermy. Our Common Enermy is Corruption

I don’t understand what Najib said. “Fight the Opposition not Each Other”.

He seems don’t understand what is the jive of the problem now.

He should know better what is our situation. The nation showing signs of having no money for development. Reason being, too much money spent in the wrong place. Too much money sucked out from the real productive economy by the cronies.

That is why, we see a lot of constructions and projects everywhere, but the people don’t really feel the benefit financially.

Now, people start to aware. Partly, because having alternative channels of information. Thanks to the emergence of Internet.

That is spiracle effect where, when people are better informed, then more people will support the opposition. And then, when opposition gain better support, obvious example, after the 308 Political Tsunami, we see more scrutiny towards current ruling government.

However, not everybody are political extremist. What many people are concerning, is not which party win or lose. Do not fight for the wrong reason.

If BN are serious about winning the next general election, fight against the serious corruption and cronyism in the party itself. Stop doing dirty things against political opposition.

Of course, I am not with Pakatan if Pakatan can only dig out shxts and do not know what to do to cure. I do feel, people are observing the capability of Pakatan to come out with better policy making mechanism and to prove they can be a cleaner, fairer government.

We can’t find any more stupid people elsewhere.

That’s too crazy for today. And that’s why we have another topic to make noise about the government.

Actually it has not a news since many years ago. JPA has been reducing the scholarship for sending students overseas for years.

Originally the scholarship is to help outstanding students to have a chance explore to overseas universities and hopefully they will bring the most advanced knowledge and creativity back after they finish their study.

However, we know that many of our students, the top most outstanding ones, not coming back to Malaysia after study. Reason being, could be very individual. Or simply, those graduates with good knowledge, can’t find Malaysia have a place for them to really expand their talents. Anyway, that’s not the topic today.

What makes me puzzled is, what the fxck the guy talking about? We got to canceled the scholarship because we want out students to study locally? Still want to tell lie to people? Government cannot afford to pay for the JPA scholarship already – that’s the truth. Why not just say that?

Isn’t that we are going to bankrupt? Isn’t that we need to demolish the subsidies for people?

However on the other hand, we just been told that we have got a bill of 800 million on the building of new palace. And we have got the plan to build a new parliament building for another 800 million.

Then we telling people we need to reduce allocation on education?

Another Reason for Why We are Going to Bankrupt

Recently the talk about bankruptcy has lead to heat discussion about rationalization of subsidies for the people.

However, less people know of, is where our countries money goes? We has been working hard for so many years hoping a better life. But the fight never ends. We struggle to earn more money, in order to cope for the daily needs. Yet the economy just don’t give us what we want.

Another good example why we are going to bankrupt.

Bernama reported on June 14, the under construction National Palace (Istana Negara), will be costing in total, 800 million. It was planned for 400 million some years back. Not sure why the cost become so high.

However, problem still, is our palace currently on Jalan Istana not good enough? Why was the project even been approved? What is the Parliament doing for the people?

And the building cost has doubled from the originally announced. What has been wrong in the process? Who has to be responsible?

Still, we have to spend money on such ‘white elephant’. In another hand, we been told that we have to save money from subsidies. We have to cut budget on education, medical and so on, which are the areas that really improve the nation as a whole. Our government really think about sustainable growth and creating a healthy, highly educated, well taken care of population? Chances are, NO. They only care about taking care of the cronies pocket.
